Clear the Clutter

I hope you found the easy Feng Shui tips I shared previously. Perhaps you've already started implementing some of them! And if so, comment and share how they've helped you. Today we are going to jump into action with clutter. Clutter is always a good place to start to create balance in your space with Feng Shui. What most people don't realize is clutter impacts your sense of well-being, physical health, and peace of mind. Like clots in arteries and veins, it is thought to cause stress and raise blood pressure. This is the perfect thing to do while spending time at home. Start with one thing or location, like:

  • 1 Drawer

  • 1 Closet

  • 1 Medicine cabinet, or

  • 1 Desk

By starting with one thing or location, you are set up for success. It's essential to go step by step, so this never gets overwhelming. And as you start to do this, and some clutter gets freed up, you may find you will better and want to do more!
